Members of the 91´«Ã½ community including staff, faculty, students, administrators, and alumni were asked to participate in a facilitator training around how to discuss the values we hold as a community. This training included what we have done over the course of the year and what we hope to accomplish within the next few months.Ìý

We had overÌý40 91´«Ã½ community members come together to deeply discuss our personal and communal values.ÌýÌýThemes that emerged from the conversations includedÌýmoreÌýstudent voices, creating spaces for all,Ìýa physical representation of our values, a need to celebrate and convey many of 91´«Ã½ successes, and many more.ÌýThis was a great start to engage community members around the values of the 91´«Ã½ community.Ìý
